fortynine is a guide, not a data business. You can read every city page without an account, and we have no interest in building a profile of you.
What we store
The places you save to your own shortlist stay in your browser's local storage on your device. We never receive that list, and clearing your browser data removes it.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no selling of data, no newsletters you didn't ask for. Maps are loaded from Google Maps, which applies its own terms when a map is displayed.
If you email us
Anything you send to contact@byfortynine.com stays in our inbox and is used only to reply to you. Ask us to delete it and we will.
